黑热病流行于我省广大农村中,是危害人民很严重的一种疾病。解放后,由于党和政府对羣众疾苦的关怀,大力开展防治工作,几年来治愈了二十余万黑热病人,使他們恢复了健康而参加生产,并在扑灭傳播媒介——白蛉的研究工作上也取得了不少成果与經驗。根据中共中央頒布的“1956—1967年全国农业发展綱要(草案)”的精神与要求,我省制定了五年內基本上消灭黑热病的規划。为了达到这一目的,
