以可再生的生物质(淀粉、油脂或它们的衍生物葡萄糖和脂肪醇)为原料而制得的表面活性剂烷基多苷(英文缩写APG)是一种环保型非离子表面活性剂,同时兼有阴离子表面活性剂的特点。APG能显著降低溶液表面张力和油水界面张力,除了具有传统表面活性剂的优异性能外,还具有无毒、刺激性小、易于生物降解等特点,得到了洗涤、化妆、清洗、食品加工、塑料、建筑、生物化工、农用化学品、制药等行业的特殊青睐。从20世纪80年代开始,已成为全世界范围的研究热点[1~3],应用领域不断被拓展。APG分子结构如下图所示:
