目的探讨丹参对急性坏死性胰腺炎(acutenecrotizingpancreatitis,ANP)肾损害的干预作用。方法SD大鼠96只,随机分为对照组(C)、胰腺炎组(P)和治疗组(T)。5%牛磺胆酸钠胰腺被膜下均匀注射,制作ANP模型[1]。观察制模后2h及12h各组肾组织中性粒细胞浸润情况及肾功能和肾组织学改变。结果与C组对比,P组在制模后2h及12h肾组织学损害及肾组织中白细胞浸润明显增加(P<0001)。与P组对比,制模后2hT组肾组织中中性粒细胞减少(P<0001),12h后肾组织中性粒细胞浸润明显减少(P<0001),2h及12h肾组织学损害均明显减轻(P<005)。结论丹参对ANP肾损害具有一定的干预作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of salvia miltiorrhiza on renal damage induced by acute necrotizing pancreatitis (ANP). Methods 96 SD rats were randomly divided into control group (C), pancreatitis group (P) and treatment group (T). 5% sodium taurocholate was uniformly injected under the pancreatic capsule to make an ANP model [1]. The neutrophil infiltration, renal function and histological changes in renal tissues were observed at 2h and 12h after molding. Results Compared with group C, renal histological lesions and leukocyte infiltration in renal tissue were significantly increased in P group at 2h and 12h after modeling (P < 0001). Compared with group P, neutrophil in renal tissue was decreased in 2hT group (P<0001), and neutrophil infiltration in renal tissue was significantly reduced after 12h (P<0001). Renal histological damage was evident at 2h and 12h. Reduce (P < 005). Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza has a certain intervention effect on ANP renal damage.
