基于超磁致伸缩材料的工作特点,设计了一种新型的超磁致伸缩驱动器,并介绍了其结构和工作原理。为进一步研究驱动器的性能,提出一种由超磁致伸缩驱动器、传感器、放大器、采集卡、电流源、计算机共同组成的超磁致伸缩驱动器测试系统。该测试方法利用计算机和相关器件,能快速准确地进行测试,同时方便数据的后续处理分析,缩短测试时间,提高测试效率,且测试精度高。
Based on the working characteristics of giant magnetostrictive material, a new type of giant magnetostrictive actuator is designed and its structure and working principle are introduced. In order to further study the performance of the actuator, a giant magnetostrictive actuator test system composed of giant magnetostrictive actuator, sensor, amplifier, acquisition card, current source and computer is proposed. The test method uses computers and related devices to quickly and accurately test, and facilitate the subsequent data processing analysis, shorten the test time, improve test efficiency, and test the high precision.
