对于欠发达地区来说,创造条件积极承接发达地区的产业转移,无疑是缩小与发达地区差距,实现区域经济科学协调发展的有效途径,承接产业转移已成为区域经济发展的重要外生力量。但在欠发达地区承接产业转移过程中也存在着产业转移成本过高、转移企业科技含量低、产业集聚效应不强和“污染转移”等问题。本课题在对喀喇沁旗承接产业转移效应分析的基础上,分析其存在的问题,并提出相关建议。
