和谐企业建设是构建社会主义和谐社会重要组成部分,是企业顺利推进改革发展的有力保障。纪检监察机关肩负着构建和谐企业的重要责任,以党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争的成效为构建和谐企业提供政治保证。本文对以纪检监察工作推动企业和谐建设的措施进行深入思考,探索适应新时期工作要求的方法策略。
Building a harmonious enterprise is an important part of building a harmonious socialist society and a powerful guarantee for enterprises to smoothly carry out reform and development. Discipline inspection and supervision organs shoulder the important responsibility of building a harmonious enterprise and provide a political guarantee for building a harmonious enterprise with the building of a clean government and the fight against corruption.
