扭转型或不典型室性心动过速是一种危及生命的严重心律失常。作者报告了近一年在冠心病监护病房中所观察的10例扭转型室速,以早期发现其警告信号,预测发作,着重分析讨论发作前的QRS波宽度、Q—T和QTC间期和治疗经验。
Torsional or atypical ventricular tachycardia is a serious life-threatening arrhythmia. The authors report 10 cases of torsed ventricular tachycardia observed in the coronary care unit in the past year to detect early warning signals and predict the onset of attack, focusing on the analysis of QRS wave width, Q-T and QTC interval and Treatment experience.
