本试验用玉米象各虫态做虫样,除仓储小麦外,还选用了少量玉米、籼稻、粳稻作试样。把硫酰氟和二氧化碳混合施入粮仓,使药物均匀分散,粮仓内药物浓度为硫酰氟6.380g/m3,二氧化碳15.340g/m3。密闭熏蒸30d。试验结果:玉米象各虫态死亡率100%,散气后8个月复查及诱捕未发现有活虫活动。处理后的小麦、玉米、籼稻和粳稻的氟离子含量分别为2.196mg/kg、2.120mg/kg、2.530mg/kg和2.255mg/kg,均明显低于联合国提出的对粮食除害处理氟离子残留量的残留中位数(STMR)3.5mg/kg。试验说明,采用低剂量硫酰氟混合二氧化碳作为熏蒸剂适合对储粮进行除害处理。
