一、引言一般说来,径向负荷小于轴向负荷10%的回转支承,设计时可不考虑径向负荷的影响。而承受较大径向负荷的回转支承,则必须考虑径向负荷的影响。这类回转支承要求具有良好的润滑条件,使其受热后不致因膨胀而卡死。为此,必须保证一定的初始轴向间隙和径向间隙。然而,径向间隙的存在,必然引起径向负荷分布的变化,导致最大滚动体负荷的增大。
I. INTRODUCTION Generally speaking, the radial load is less than 10% of the axial load slewing bearing, the design can not consider the impact of radial load. The slewing bearing, which is subjected to a large radial load, must take the radial load into account. Such slewing bearings require good lubrication conditions, so that after the heat will not be due to expansion and stuck. For this purpose, a certain initial axial clearance and radial clearance must be ensured. However, the existence of radial clearance inevitably causes the change of radial load distribution, resulting in the increase of the maximum rolling element load.
