目的探讨粗脚粉螨种群与生态因子的关系。方法于2012年5—8月在淮北市濉溪县粮仓定点采集标本,鉴定粗脚粉螨及其天敌并计数,同时记录仓库的相对湿度及温度。采用灰色关联度分析法分析粗脚粉螨种群与生态因子的关联性。结果粗脚粉螨成螨在7月下旬达到高峰(55只/g),其若螨在6月中旬达到高峰(12只/g),肉食螨对该螨有一定的跟随效应。3种生态因子与粗脚粉螨成螨数量的关联度依次为相对湿度(0.757 9)>天敌数量(0.670 5)>仓温(0.567 5);与粗脚粉螨若螨数量的关联度依次为仓温(0.607 3)>天敌数量(0.531 8)>相对湿度(0.514 2);与种群数量的关联度依次为相对湿度(0.776 7)>天敌数量(0.718 0)>仓温(0.580 4)。结论环境中的温湿度及天敌数量是影响粗脚粉螨种群消长的重要生态因子。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the population of Acaroid mite and ecological factors. Methods From May to August in 2012, samples were collected from fixed positions of grain silos in Suixi County, Huaibei City. The samples were identified and counted, and the relative humidity and temperature of the warehouses were recorded. Gray Correlation Analysis Method for Analyzing the Correlation between Ecological Parameters and Population of Carassius auratus. Results The acaroid mite reached a peak in late July (55 / g), and its mite peaked at mid-June (12 / g). The carnivorous mite had certain follow-up effects on the mite. The correlations between the three ecological factors and the adult mite mites were relative humidity (0.757 9), natural enemies (0.670 5) and warehouse temperature (0.567 5) (0.607 3)> the number of natural enemies (0.531 8)> relative humidity (0.514 2). The correlations with population numbers were relative humidity (0.776 7), natural enemies (0.718 0) . Conclusion The temperature and humidity in the environment and the number of natural enemies are the important ecological factors that affect the population growth and decline of A. pulchricornis.
