润扬悬索桥地处我国东部沿海地区,自2005年建成通车之后每年均有台风经过。为了分析该桥桥址区的实际台风特性,建立桥址区台风特性数据库,在大桥南塔塔顶安装了超声风速仪进行桥址区风特性现场实测。2007年9月台风“韦帕”袭击江苏东部时,风速仪记录了经过该桥南塔塔顶的三维强风样本。通过对实测韦帕台风数据的分析,得到了10min平均风速和风向、紊流强度、阵风因子、紊流积分尺度以及紊流功率谱密度函数等强风特性。结合与桥址区“麦莎”台风特性实测结果及相关规范建议值的对比,总结了桥址区的台风特性及其规律。研究结论为大桥的抗风安全性评价提供了可靠依据,同时可为该地区其它工程结构的抗风研究提供参考。
Runyang Suspension Bridge is located in the eastern coastal areas of China, opened to traffic since 2005 after each typhoon. In order to analyze the actual typhoon characteristics of the bridge site, a database of typhoon characteristics in the bridge site was set up and an ultrasonic anemometer was installed on the top of the bridge to conduct field measurements of the site wind characteristics. When the typhoon “Weber” attacked eastern Jiangsu in September 2007, the anemometer recorded a three-dimensional strong wind sample passing the top of the tower on the south tower of the bridge. Through the analysis of the measured data of Typhoon Typhoon Typhoon, the strong wind characteristics such as average wind speed and wind direction, turbulence intensity, gust factor, turbulence integral scale and turbulence power spectral density function were obtained. Combining with the measured results of typhoon “Matsa” in the bridge site and the recommended values of relevant norms, the typhoon characteristics and its laws in the bridge site are summarized. The conclusions of the study provide a reliable basis for evaluating the wind-induced safety of the bridge, and provide a reference for wind-resistance research of other engineering structures in the area.
