JX-Ⅰ型缓冲装置用在铁路车钩上,其工作条件为机车与车辆之间牵引和缓冲。其中的构尾框及从板采用E级高强度合金钢铸造,此装置系引进NC-391型缓冲装置技术国内生产的产品,对强度和韧性指标要求较高。为保证达到钢铸件技术条件规范(AAR—M201)的要求,我们对此种钢的热处理工艺进行了研究,在多次试验的基础上制定了一套最佳热处理方案,使其成品的各项性能指标达到甚至超过了同类进口产品的指标。 考虑到总公司系统有的单位要进行铁路临管,将会遇到加工此类部件的问题,故将我们对构尾框热处理工艺的研究试验情况介绍于下,供届时参考。
JX-Ⅰ-type buffer device used in the railway car hook, the working conditions for traction and buffering between the locomotive and the vehicle.
