为促进电力市场的理论研讨和经验总结,加强区域电力市场风险防范和安全体系,受国家电力调度通信中心委托,由国电自动化研究院电力系统自动化杂志社和香港大学电能系统中心共同策划,于2004年5月11日～13日在南京市举办了“区域电力市场风险规避和安全稳定高级研讨会”。会议得到了江苏省电力公司、江苏省电机工程学会和国电南瑞科技股份有限公司的大力支持。大会以专家主题报告、优秀论文作者宣讲和大会讨论相结合,围绕着宏观政策与框架、发电风险管理、输电风险管理、风险规避及其优化、电力市场的仿真研究5个方面进行研讨。
In order to promote the theory research and experience summary of power market, the regional power market risk prevention and safety system was strengthened. Entrusted by the State Power Dispatching and Communication Center, the project was co-curated by Power System Automation Magazine of China Guodian Automation Research Institute and Power System Center of Hong Kong University. May 11 to 13 held in Nanjing City “regional power market risk aversion and security and stability advanced seminar.” Meeting has been the Jiangsu Provincial Power Company, Jiangsu Provincial Institute of Electrical Engineering and State Power NARI Technology Co., Ltd.’s strong support. The conference focused on five topics: expert theme report, excellent essay presenter and discussion at the conference, focusing on five aspects of macroeconomic policy and framework, power generation risk management, transmission risk management, risk aversion and optimization, and power market simulation.
