利用基因组DNA的多态性研究了中国3种不同生物型烟粉虱的种群分化.烟粉虱种群分别采自北京、扬州和广州的不同寄主上,烟粉虱生物型包括B型、本地型(NaC)和一种新的生物型(CV型).对3种生物型烟粉虱的RAPD-PCR结果进行遗传距离聚类分析,结果显示烟粉虱中国本地型和CV型的种群关系比较近缘,二者与B型种群的亲缘关系较远.3个烟粉虱生物型的种群分化属于种内分化,据此推测CV型烟粉虱可能起源于中国或其临近地区.
The genomic DNA polymorphism was used to study the population differentiation of three different biotype Bemisia tabaci in China.The Bemisia tabaci populations were collected from different hosts in Beijing, Yangzhou and Guangzhou respectively. The biotypes of B. tabaci include B, (NaC) and a new type (CV) of B. tabaci were analyzed by genetic distance clustering analysis of RAPD-PCR results of the three biotypes of B. tabaci. The results showed that the populations of B. tabaci native and CV genotypes were compared Which are distantly related to type B. The population differentiation of the three biotype Bemisia tabaci belongs to intraspecific differentiation and it is speculated that the B. tabaci may originate in China or its neighboring areas.
