在供水泵站的各种管路附件中,底阀的阻力系数最大。据有关资料介绍:底阀能量损失占进水管能量损失的50~70%,占进出水管总的能量损失的10—50%,泵站扬程越低,所占比例越大。此外,底阀的存在也给泵站的运行管理带来一些麻烦。因此,取消底阀,采用无底阀抽水技术,对节能和方便管理均有利。现就有底阀与无底阀泵水的能耗及效益分析如下。 以彭水县精干麻厂供水站为例。该站水泵型号为200S63A,Q=270米~3/时,H=40米,功率55千瓦,转速2950转/分,输入水管直径200毫米,管长59米,净扬程33米。
