在阐述宁夏海原县发展林下经济的现状的基础上,分析林下经济发展中存在的主要问题,并提出促进林下经济发展的具体措施。这对于增加林业附加值,促进林业可持续发展,开辟农民增收渠道,发展循环经济,建设生态文明等都具有重要意义。
On the basis of elaborating the current situation of developing undergrowth economy in Haiyuan County of Ningxia, this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the underdevelopment of the underdeveloped forest and puts forward the concrete measures to promote the economic development under the forest. This is of great significance to increasing the added value of forestry, promoting the sustainable development of forestry, opening up channels for farmers to increase their incomes, developing a recycling economy and building an ecological civilization.
