本文分析了在我国医药产品需求不断增长、医药市场迅速发展的形势下，由于体制等原因，长期以来，我国科研与生产脱节，造成医药新产品开发困难或大量成果积压，难于转化为生产力，而企业则缺少新产品储备、缺乏发展后劲。文章指出，现阶段我国已具备建立医药技术转移中心的法律条件和社会环境等。文章介绍了医药技术转移中心的目标、任务、运行机制及其风险因素等。
This article analyzes the growing demand for pharmaceutical products in China and the rapid development of the pharmaceutical market. Due to institutional and other reasons, for a long time, China’s scientific research and production are out of touch, resulting in difficulties in the development of new medical products or a large backlog of results, which is difficult to translate into productivity. Enterprises lack new product reserves and lack of development stamina. The article points out that at this stage China has the legal conditions and social environment for establishing a medical technology transfer center. The article introduced the objectives, tasks, operating mechanisms and risk factors of the medical technology transfer center.
