本文介绍了由塑料制品液压机改装的振动模冲式成形压机的结构及利用此装置对Fe、Cu、WC+Co等粉末在各种不同的参数条件下进行的振动成形试验。结果表明:粉末振动成形的压制压力比静压成形时低数十倍,尤其是对m值高的粉末最为显著;边振边压的成形方式和8-10s的振动成形时间、合适的成型剂对粉末致密化过程较为有利。
This paper introduces the structure of vibrating die forming press modified by plastic hydraulic press and the vibration forming test of Fe, Cu, WC + Co and other powders under different parameters with this device. The results show that the pressing pressure of powder vibration forming is several tens times lower than that of hydrostatic pressure forming, especially for the powder with high m value. For the forming method of vibration amplitude and vibration forming time of 8-10s, The powder densification process is more favorable.
