口腔癌是严重威胁人类健康和生存质量的疾病。为探索口腔癌的发病机制并寻求其防治措施,口腔癌动物模型的建立显得尤为重要。口腔癌动物模型主要包括:自发性动物模型、诱发性动物模型、移植性动物模型及转基因动物模型。本文就口腔癌动物模型实验动物的选择及建立方法做一综述。
Oral cancer is a serious disease that threatens human health and quality of life. To explore the pathogenesis of oral cancer and seek its prevention and treatment, the establishment of animal models of oral cancer is particularly important. Animal models of oral cancer mainly include: spontaneous animal model, induced animal model, transplanted animal model and transgenic animal model. This article reviews the selection and establishment of laboratory animal models of oral cancer.
