高职毕业生是社会、就业群体中高层技能人群,;面对金融海啸带来各大企业裁员、每年急剧膨胀应届大学毕业生、往年数量庞大未就业毕业生等的巨大影响,使得高职毕业生面临很大的心理压力,表现出了特有的心理状态,也产生了很多心理困惑。笔者深入、亲临高职生多场招聘洽谈会,经过自己体验反思,对高职生就业时出现的种种心理问题进行了深入分析。
