西夏瓷器以黑白为崇尚颜色,以剔刻为工艺主流,以多层次、满密和豪迈简练的装饰风格而著称。许多人认为,西夏瓷器制作技术与其典型装饰风格是受磁州窑、定窑、耀州窑和宋、辽、金文化影响所致。但其实这更应该说是源自西夏本土,彩陶是西夏瓷器的制作技术与典型装饰风格的真正源头。
Western Xia porcelain in black and white to advocate the color to tick engraved for the mainstream of the process, to multi-level, full dense and bold and concise style of decoration is known. Many people think that the production technique of Xixia porcelain and its typical decoration style are caused by the influences of Cizhou kiln, Ding kiln, Yaozhou kiln and Song, Liao and Jin cultures. But in fact it should be said that it is more from the native place of Xixia. The painted pottery is the real source of the production techniques and typical decorative style of Xixia porcelain.
