目的:将临床护理路径应用于骨科患者健康教育中,分析其临床应用效果。方法:将浙江省宁波市北仑区人民医院2014年1月~2015年1月骨科收治的180例患者随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者采用传统常规的健康教育方法,观察组患者采用临床护理路径对患者开展健康教育。比较分析两组患者健康教育的效果以及患者对护理工作的满意度。结果:观察组患者对护理工作的满意度及健康教育效果,明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径在骨科患者健康教育中的应用效果显著,有助于患者更熟练的掌握各类疾病相关知识及技能,对于提高患者对护理工作的满意度有着重要意义。
OBJECTIVE: To apply the path of clinical nursing in the health education of patients with orthopedics and analyze the clinical effect. Methods: 180 patients admitted to Beilun District People’s Hospital of Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province from January 2014 to January 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group of patients using traditional routine health education methods, observation group patients using clinical nursing path to patients with health education. A comparative analysis of two groups of patients the effect of health education and patient satisfaction with the nursing work. Results: Satisfaction of nursing work and health education in observation group were significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The clinical nursing pathway has a significant effect on the health education of orthopedic patients, which will help patients master more knowledge and skills related to various diseases, and is of great significance to improve patients’ satisfaction with nursing work.
