用低频超声治疗慢性失代偿性扁桃体炎共500例,男215例,女285例,年龄15～60岁,病程3～15年。此500例分为中毒变应性Ⅰ型450例,中毒变应Ⅱ型50例。Ⅰ型病例常有扁桃体炎加重(每年不少于1～2次)并有中毒症状(头痛、关节痛、劳动能力降低、易疲倦)、咽喉不适感、扁桃体陷窝有脓栓、口臭。Ⅱ型病例除有Ⅰ型病例的症状以外,还有血沉加快、血、尿检验有变化。用咽部显微镜检查,特别注意陷窝出口处和淋巴组织的变化。结核病、恶性肿瘤和Ⅱ～Ⅲ期高血压病患者是这种疗法的禁忌证。为预防治疗过程中发生自身免疫性全身并发症,
