2016年中国磷化工产业发展大会以“创新、精细、绿色”为主题,介绍广西越洋化工的跨界转型实例,并针对磷化工产业所面临的主要问题,围绕行业去产能、调结构的创新方式,研讨“十三五”磷化工发展规划及方向;对供给侧改革方式及产业政策给予诠释,对“十三五”磷化工发展提出了建议;指出国内磷化工经过近年的高速发展,将进入一个跨界转型、开拓创新阶段。
