武办文[2016]20号2016年5月25日各区委、区人民政府,警备区党委,市委各部委,市级国家机关各委办局及大型企业、事业单位,各人民团体:为贯彻落实省委、省政府关于“以武汉新港为依托,集中整合黄石、鄂州、黄冈、咸宁等地的岸线和港航资源,把武汉打造成长江中游航运中心”的战略决策,我市与黄石、鄂州、黄冈、咸宁等市合作组建了武汉港航发展集团有限公司(以下简称武汉港航发展集团)。
