目的分析宁波市中老年人白血病死亡的流行病学特征,为进一步开展病因学研究和人群防治工作提供基础资料和参考依据。方法收集整理宁波市居民2002-2011年白血病死亡报告资料,统计分析各年粗死亡率和标化死亡率、分年龄别死亡率等。结果 2002-2011年宁波市中老年人白血病年均死亡率为7.45/10万,男性8.52/10万,女性6.38/10万,男女性别白血病死亡率差异有统计学意义(χ2=33.02,P<0.001),白血病死亡率性别比为1.34∶1;男女性别白血病年龄别死亡率均在80~岁年龄组达到最大值,分别为20.13/10万和11.75/10万,2002-2011年中老年人白血病死亡率呈上升趋势(χ2=4.50,P=0.03)。在45~岁组达到最低分别为3.98/10万和4.12/10万。中老年人白血病年龄组死亡率增幅最高达55.05%,45~80岁随着年龄的增大白血病死亡率呈上升趋势(χ2=344.06,P<0.001),但85~岁有明显的回落。结论随着老龄化社会的到来,白血病带来的社会和生命问题将越来越大。因此,卫生部门应根据白血病发病和死亡的特征,加强白血病的监测工作以及病因学研究,以便开展有针对性的人群的防治工作。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of leukemia in middle-aged and elderly people in Ningbo, and to provide basic information and reference for further research on aetiology and population control. Methods The data of death from leukemia in Ningbo City from 2002 to 2011 were collected and analyzed, and the crude mortality rate and standardization mortality rate in each year were statistically analyzed. Results The average annual mortality rate of leukemia in middle-aged and elderly people in Ningbo from 2002 to 2011 was 7.45 / 100000, with 8.52 / 100000 males and 6.38 / 100000 females. There was significant difference in the mortality rate of leukemia between male and female (χ2 = 33.02, P < 0.001). The sex ratio of leukemia mortality was 1.34:1. The age-specific mortality rates of male and female leukemia reached the maximum in 80 ~ age group, which were 20.13 / lakh and 11.75 / lakh respectively. The middle-aged and elderly people Leukemia mortality is on the rise (χ2 = 4.50, P = 0.03). In the 45-year-old group reached the lowest were 3.98 / 100,000 and 4.12 / 100,000. Mortality rate of leukemia in middle-aged and elderly patients increased up to 55.05%. Conclusion With the advent of an aging society, the social and life problems caused by leukemia will increase. Therefore, the health department should strengthen the monitoring of leukemia and etiology according to the characteristics of leukemia and death, so as to carry out prevention and treatment of targeted population.
