本文在观察现实的基础上明确认为:高科技园区不仅是新的产业区,而且是新的创新区和新的科技文化社区,并且高科技园区空间属性的三重性不是独立的,而是相互交叉、相互重叠、相互作用,形成三重螺旋的空间构造。高科技园区空间属性的三重性给我国高新区发展的启示是:国家高新区在发展新阶段必须构建新型园区形态,而这种新型园区形态的重要形式就是建设科技新城。
