椎间盘退变的主要特征是蛋白多糖的丢失、水含量的下降以及细胞衰老、凋亡的增加.目前的临床治疗方案注重的是症状的缓解,无法在真正意义上恢复椎间盘的生理功能和力学结构.从椎间盘的解剖结构、退变过程以及水凝胶材料的特点等多个方面分析,退变椎间盘的细胞注射疗法是可行的,但也存在很多问题.水凝胶与髓核组织形态相似,而间充质干细胞具有向类髓核细胞方向分化的能力,将水凝胶材料与间充质干细胞联合应用于椎间盘修复前景光明.“,”The main characteristics of intervertebral disc degeneration includes the loss of protein polysaccharide , the drop of water content and the increase of cell aging and death .At present, clinical therapeutic schemes are focused on the relief of symptoms but can′t restore the physiological functions and mechanical structures of intervertebral discs in a real sence.Through analyses on many aspects such as the anatomical structure and degeneration progress of intervertebral discs and the characteristics of hydrogels , the cell injection therapy is feasible but also has many problems .Hydrogels and nucleus pulposus are similar in tissue form while mesenchymal stem cells have the ability to differentiate into other cells which are similar with nucleus pulposus cells .Using hydrogels and mesenchymal stem cells together in the repair of inter-vertebral discs has a bright future .
