骨肿瘤涉及骨科学和肿瘤学两个学科的内容,从某种意义上来说,属于交叉学科。骨肿瘤患者多由骨科医生治疗,而骨科医生最容易犯的错误就是忽略骨肿瘤的肿瘤学本质,过分追求骨科学的重建。既然是肿瘤,首先需要强调的就是分期,然后才是基于分期的安全有效的保肢治疗,现就这两方面进行述评。
Bone tumors involve the two disciplines of orthopedics and oncology, in a sense, belong to the interdisciplinary. Patients with bone tumors are mostly treated by orthopedic surgeons, and the most common mistake that orthopedic surgeons make is to ignore the oncological nature of bone tumors and over-pursue orthopedic reconstruction. Since it is a tumor, it is the staging that needs to be emphasized first, and then the safe and effective limb salvage treatment based on staging. The two aspects are reviewed now.
