造价控制管理是贯穿于工程建设整个过程的一项工作,管理的水平决定工程的质量。本文从系统管理角度出发,对工程造价管理的思路和方法进行研究和探讨,所得出的结论对于进一步抓好工程建设项目过程中的造价控制具有一定的积极意义。
