跨国公司在国际上发达国家向发展中国家转让技术的过程中所起作用的问题,日益引起人们的争论。接受技术转让的国家将跨国公司所实行的基于集中组织研究一发展工作和几乎完全垄断技术内容的微观经济战略同旨在逐步减少科技方面依赖性的发展本国科技潜力的目标对立起来。
The issue of the role of transnational corporations in the transfer of technology from developed countries to developing countries in the world is increasingly causing controversy. Countries that accept technology transfer oppose the microeconomic strategy of transnational corporations based on the centralized organization of research-development work and the almost complete monopolization of technological content against the goal of gradually reducing the dependence of science and technology on developing national technological potential.
