内控制度是现代企业管理的重要组成部分,是保障企业可持续发展的制度,构建完善的内控制度不仅能规范企业内部的行为,提高经济效益,还能是使企业更加有效率,提高竞争力,对企业实现又好又快的发展具有十分重要的作用。鉴于目前我国企业内控制度不容乐观地状况,本文主要探讨了现代企业内控制度建立的原则,进而根据现代企业内控制度建设的问题,提出了完善内控制度的途径,以期对现代企业内控制的建立与完善有所帮助。
