1996年,通州市的砖瓦行业面临着严峻的考验,标准砖的市场价格从1995年的每万砖3000元左右下跌到2000元左右,而原辅材料、人工工资、各项费用都有增无减。不少砖瓦厂发生亏损,一般企业也只能维持生计。然而市第二砖瓦厂却以109.46万元的利润实绩令同行惊叹不已,问渠那得清如许,为有源头活水来。通州市第二砖瓦厂之所以能夺得这样好的成绩,缘由得益于企业改制。从该厂1996年改制前后对比的一组数据充分证明这一点。
In 1996, the brick and tile industry in Tongzhou City faced a severe test. The market price of standard bricks dropped from about 3,000 bricks per 10,000 bricks in 1995 to about 2,000 yuan, and the raw and auxiliary materials, labor wages and various expenses increased.
