高职院校作为我国高等教育中一支重要的力量,承担着培养“面向生产、建设、管理和服务第一线需要的”高技能人才的重任。高职院校的毕业生是我国新增劳动力的重要来源,其职业道德水平在很大程度上影响了从业人员队伍的整体职业道德水平。然而,当前我国高职院校职业道德教育存在着重视不够、评价方式简单、教育手段和途径单一等问题,因此,加强高职院校学生职业道德教育就显得尤为重要,本文针对目前我国高职院校职业道德教育中存在的问题,分析了加强高职院校学生职业道德教育的必要性,提出了完善高职院校学生职业道德教育途径的建议。
As an important force in the higher education of our country, the higher vocational colleges bear the heavy task of cultivating the highly-skilled personnel who are needed for the front line of production, construction, management and service. Graduates of higher vocational colleges are an important source of new labor force in our country, and their professional ethics greatly affect the overall professional ethics of employees. However, at present, there is not enough emphasis on professional ethics education in higher vocational colleges in our country, the way of evaluation is simple and the means of education are single. Therefore, it is very important to strengthen the professional ethics education of students in higher vocational colleges. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the education of professional ethics in colleges and universities, analyzes the necessity of strengthening the professional ethics education in vocational colleges, and puts forward suggestions on how to improve the professional ethics education in higher vocational colleges.
