许多报纸、杂志社的“稿约”,几乎都有这么一些规定:“因本社人手少,一般不退稿;三个月未见刊出者,可自行处理”。这几句话,看似平常,但从读者以及我们这些偶而投稿的作者看来,确实大有改革的必要。如何改革,从读者的角度提几点建议,提请研究: 一、在编辑部内加强精神文明和职业道德教育,尊重作者的辛勤劳动,识贤善用,当好伯乐。
In many newspapers and magazines, there are almost all the “draft contracts” stipulated in this way: “Due to the small number of staffs in the society, they are generally not refunded; they have not seen any publication in three months and can handle it on their own.” These few words appear to be commonplace, but from the readership and those authors who submitted them occasionally, it is indeed necessary for the reform to take place. How to reform and put forward some suggestions from the reader’s point of view, drew up the research: First, strengthen the education of spiritual civilization and professional ethics in the editorial department, respect the hard work of the author, make good use of knowledge, be good.
