警察职业道德是一门理论性和实践性都很强的学科。在长期的教学实践中,警察职业道德过多侧重于传统的理论灌输,忽略了青年学生的职业道德实践能力的培养。通过将案例教学引入警察职业道德中,使学生在掌握警察职业道德基础理论的基础上,能通过案例学习与讨论进一步掌握相关知识,增强了学生的职业道德行为判断能力和选择能力,缩短了学生身份转换后的适应期,为塑造良好警察形象、构建和谐警民关系奠定了一定的基础。
Police professional ethics is a discipline that is both theoretical and practical. In the long-term teaching practice, the police professional ethics is too much emphasis on the traditional theory instillation, ignoring the cultivation of young students’ professional ability in practice.
