目前在工业上有两类氮化用钢:含铝钢和无铝钢。以前氮化采用含近1%铝的氮化钢,比较典型的是38CrMoAlA。表1列举了各国采用的含铝氮化钢的牌号和成分。这类钢经气体氮化后表面硬度可达 HV900~1100,但是,这类钢因有铝硅酸盐非金属夹杂倾向较大,在热处理时并有较严重的脱碳倾向。预先热处理颇大程度上影响氮化层的组织和性能,妨碍它的广泛使用。
There are currently two types of nitrided steels in the industry: aluminum-bearing and non-aluminum steels. In the past, nitrided nitrides containing nearly 1% aluminum, typically 38CrMoAlA, were used for nitriding. Table 1 lists the grades and compositions of aluminum-containing nitrided steels used in various countries. The surface hardness of this type of steel after nitriding gas up to HV900 ~ 1100, but this type of steel due to the non-metallic inclusions tend to be larger aluminosilicate, heat treatment and have a more serious decarburization tendency. Pre-heat treatment significantly affects the microstructure and properties of the nitride layer, hindering its widespread use.
