党的群众路线是推进群众文化建设与发展的重要指导方针,也是群众文化发展的理性依据。新形势下我国无论在经济、政治、社会等方面都发生了剧烈的变化,发展群众文化不仅是对党的建设和执政能力的考验,也是现阶段党的群众路线教育实践活动题中之义。本文着重研究党的十八大以来群众文化的建设问题,旨在探究党的群众路线下新型的群众文化发展趋向。
The mass line of the party is an important guideline for advancing the mass cultural construction and development as well as a rational basis for the development of mass culture. In the new situation, no matter in the economic, political or social fields, dramatic changes have taken place in our country. To develop the mass culture is not only a test of the party’s ability to govern and govern, but also a moral test of the party’s practice of mass line education at the present stage. This article focuses on the construction of mass culture since the 18th CPC National Congress and aims at exploring a new trend of mass cultural development under the party’s mass line.
