目的 :研究细胞周期素 D1 、p16蛋白在骨肉瘤中的表达状态及意义。方法 :采用免疫组织化学方法(SP法 )检测了 43例骨肉瘤和 15例骨软骨瘤中 2种蛋白的表达 ,并在 2种肿瘤间及骨肉瘤患者不同年龄组、组织类型、分化程度间进行比较。结果 :细胞周期素 D1 在骨肉瘤中常呈过度表达 (6 7.4% ) ,其阳性率 (79.1% )高于骨软骨瘤组 (46 .7% )有统计学意义 (P<0 .0 5 )。 p16蛋白在骨肉瘤中表达阳性率 (6 9.8% )也高于骨软骨瘤组 (2 0 % )有统计学意义 (P<0 .0 1)。 2种蛋白表达率在骨肉瘤患者年龄组间 ,组织类型及分化组间均无统计学差异。结论 :在骨肉瘤中存在细胞周期素 D1 、p16的表达异常 ,它们在骨肉瘤的发生发展中起重要作用。
Objective: To study the expression and significance of cyclin D1 and p16 protein in osteosarcoma. Methods: The expressions of two proteins in 43 osteosarcomas and 15 osteochondroma were detected by immunohistochemical method (SP method). The expressions of two proteins in two types of tumors and in osteosarcoma patients at different ages, histological type and differentiation degree Compare. Results: CyclinD1 was overexpressed in osteosarcoma (64.4%), the positive rate was 79.1%, which was significantly higher than that in osteochondroma group (46.7%) (P <0.05) . The positive rate of p16 protein in osteosarcoma (68.8%) was also higher than that in osteochondroma group (20%) (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in the expression of the two proteins among the age groups, the type of tissue and the differentiation group of osteosarcoma patients. Conclusion: There is abnormal expression of cyclin D1 and p16 in osteosarcoma, which play an important role in the development of osteosarcoma.
