城市污水处理工程:项目可行性报告已经省计委审批,是瑞安市2003年A类重点工程。项目总用地约330亩,选址在瑞安市安阳镇东山垃圾填埋场西侧,收集系统工程投资估算为40641.48万元,污水处理厂工程投资估算有3个方案,分别需投入16927.90、16489.28、16670.74万元,排江工程投资估算2239.19万元,建成后预计财务内部收益率为10.66％。
Urban Sewage Treatment Project: The feasibility report of the project has been examined and approved by the Provincial Planning Commission and is the key project of Class A in Ruian City in 2003. The project will cover a total land area of 330 mu and the site is located on the west side of Dongshan landfill in Anyang Town, Ruian City. The investment in the collection system is estimated to be 406.448 million yuan. There are three options for estimating the investment in WWTPs, with 16927.90 and 16489.28 respectively. 166,707,400 yuan, Paijiang project investment estimated 22,391,900 yuan, after the completion of the estimated financial internal rate of return of 10.66%.
