靖西县总面积3331平方公里,人口58万,境内居住着壮、汉、苗、瑶、回等12个民族,其中壮族人口占总人口的99.4%。自2000年由国家民委倡议发起“兴边富民行动”以来,靖西人民抢抓机遇,举全县之力推进“兴边富民行动”。近日,中共广西靖西县委书记黎志敏接受了记者的采访。
Jingxi County has a total area of 3,331 square kilometers and a population of 580,000. There are 12 ethnic groups in Zhuang, Han, Miao, Yao and Hui, with Zhuang population accounting for 99.4% of the total population. Since the initiative launched by the State Ethnic Affairs Commission in 2000 to promote the prosperity and enrich the people, the people in Jingxi seized the opportunity to lift the power of the entire county to promote the action of “prospering the edge and enriching the people.” Recently, Li Zhimin, secretary of the CPC Jingxi County Committee of Guangxi, accepted an interview with reporters.
