在苹果树生长期连续多年喷施氨基酸硒叶面肥的基础上,通过田间调查与室内离体枝条接种,调查氨基酸硒叶面肥对苹果树腐烂病的控制作用。结果显示,生长期喷施氨基酸硒叶面肥可明显提高苹果树枝条对苹果树腐烂病的抗扩展能力,休眠期和生长期离体枝条测定病斑长度分别为15.7、9.7 mm,显著低于对照;喷施氨基酸硒叶面肥新病增长率分别为92.79%、100.98%,显著低于对照;田间平均防效分别为11.52%、27.23%,对控制苹果树腐烂病的发生有一定的作用。
Based on the continuous spraying of amino acid selenium foliar fertilizer in the apple tree growing season for many years, the control effect of amino acid selenium foliar fertilizer on apple tree rot disease was investigated through field investigation and indoor in vitro shoot inoculation. The results showed that foliar application of amino acid foliar fertilizer during the growth period could significantly improve the apple tree branch disease resistance to apple tree rot disease expansion, dormancy and growth of diseased branches measured diseased length were 15.7,9.7 mm, significantly lower than Control; spraying amino acid selenium foliar new disease growth rates were 92.79%, 100.98%, significantly lower than the control; field average control effect was 11.52%, respectively, 27.23%, the control of apple tree rot disease has a role .
