许君远(一九○二～一九六二),河北安国人。现代作家、著名报人、翻译家。一九二八年毕业于北京大学英国文学系,与废名、梁遇春、石民、张友松等同学。二三十年代,在北平文艺界较为活跃,经常在《现代评论》、《新月》、《北平晨报》、《华北日报》等发表小说、散文、文艺杂谈,深得丁西林、陈西滢、杨振声、沈从文等人赏识,被一些文学史家称为“京派代表人物”。
Xu Junyuan (1902 ~ 1962), Hebei Angolan people. Modern writer, famous newspaper reporter, translator. In 1928 graduated from the Peking University Department of English Literature, and Fei Ming, Liang Yuchun, Shimin, Zhang You Song and other students. In the 1920s and 1930s, he was active in the cultural and art circles in Peiping and often published novels, essays and literary novels in Modern Review, New Crescent, Peking Morning Post and North China Daily, won the titles of Ding Xilin, Chen Xiying and Yang Zhensheng , Shen Congwen, who appreciated, by some literary historians as “Beijing Representatives.”
