企业文化建设是企业谋求生存发展的基本要素,是提高企业管理水平的必然要求,也是加强企业职工思想素质的基本要求。企业文化代表的是企业精神核心的整体展现,而企业的职工思想政治工作是企业血脉的延伸,是企业保存活力和发展动力的基础。企业文化与企业思想政治工作相辅相成,相互促进,加强企业文化建设,更是能有效地提升企业的思想政治作用。
