从我国能源需求出发,对国外、国内海洋可再生能源开发利用的现状作了简要说明,分析了我国在海洋可再生能源开发利用过程中存在的主要问题和有利条件,提出今后发展的思路。
Based on the demand for energy in our country, this paper gives a brief description of the status quo of the development and utilization of offshore and domestic marine renewable energy, analyzes the main problems and favorable conditions that exist in the development and utilization of marine renewable energy in our country and puts forward the thinking of future development.
