目的建立扶正生血胶囊的定性定量分析方法。方法通过TLC法对制剂中补骨脂、虎杖、何首乌及熟地黄进行定性鉴别;通过HPLC法对制剂中橙皮苷进行含量测定方法学研究。结果 TLC图谱中,补骨脂、虎杖、何首乌及熟地黄供试品分别在对照药材色谱的相应位置显相同颜色的斑点,且阴性无干扰;橙皮苷在2.43~77.60μg·ml-1范围内,浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为102.98%,RSD为1.36%(n=9)。结论本方法切实可行,可用于提高扶正生血胶囊的质量标准。
Objective To establish a qualitative and quantitative analysis method of Fuzheng Shengxue Capsule. Methods The psoralen, Polygonum cuspidatum, Polygonum multiflorum and Rehmannia glutinosa were identified qualitatively by TLC method. The content of hesperidin in the preparation was determined by HPLC method. Results In the TLC chromatogram, the samples of psoralen, Polygonum cuspidatum, Polygonum multiflorum and Rehmannia glutinosa showed the same color spots in the corresponding positions of the reference drug, respectively, and the negative ones showed no interference. In the ranges of 2.43 ~ 77.60μg · ml-1 (R = 0.9999). The average recovery was 102.98% with RSD of 1.36% (n = 9). Conclusion This method is feasible and can be used to improve the quality standard of Fuzheng Shengxue Capsule.
