“爱孩子”是幼儿教师工作岗位的第一要求,是一门必修课。在很多幼儿园的各种宣传窗上、教师的言谈中、文章里无不洋溢着教师对每个孩子平等的爱。但在现实的教育活动中,幼儿差异是客观存在的,没有差异,个性化教育便失去了根基。个性化的教育要求教师依据孩子的特点进行有针对性的教育,而不是不平等的教育,更不是戴着有色眼镜去看待不同的孩子,或简单粗糙地给孩子贴上不同的标签。下面几个案例可能经常发生在教师日常的教育教学活动中。
