采用可逆加成断裂链转移(RAFT)自由基共聚制备了一系列具有温敏荧光特性的侧链含二苯乙炔基团的P(NIPAM-co-NPEPAM)共聚物,用紫外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和红外光谱对共聚物结构进行了表征。所合成的P(NIPAMco-NPEPAM)共聚物的数均分子量在4万左右,分子量分布在1.4以下,分布较窄,共聚物中NPEPAM单元的含量高于共聚反应投料比。P(NIPAM-co-NPEPAM)共聚物是一类具有LCST温度的温敏性聚合物,其LCST随着共聚物中NPEPAM含量的增加而降低。变温荧光研究表明,P(NIPAM-co-NPEPAM)共聚物的发光波长和强度在29℃附近发生突变,具有温度“开/关”的荧光特性。
A series of P (NIPAM-co-NPEPAM) copolymers with side-chain benzenes with thermo-sensitive fluorescence were prepared by reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) radical copolymerization using UV-vis, The copolymer structure was characterized by spectroscopy and infrared spectroscopy. The synthesized P (NIPAMco-NPEPAM) copolymer has a number average molecular weight of about 40,000, a molecular weight distribution below 1.4 and a narrow distribution. The content of NPEPAM unit in the copolymer is higher than that of the copolymerization reaction. P (NIPAM-co-NPEPAM) copolymers are a class of temperature-sensitive polymers with LCST temperatures and their LCST decreases with increasing NPEPAM content in the copolymer. Temperature-dependent fluorescence studies show that the fluorescence wavelength and intensity of the P (NIPAM-co-NPEPAM) copolymer change abruptly near 29 ℃ with the temperature “on / off”.
