1.8 概率论安全评价方法及今后对安全评价的展望 (1)概率论安全评价方法的用途及研究课题 目前的安全评价做法是:假设某一设计基准事件(DBE),如果发生了该事件,评价核电站的行为,然后跟判断准则相比较,以判断该核电站是否符合要求,是否安全。这种评价方法是以确定论的方式假定具有安全功能机器设备起作用或不起作用来评价核电站的安全性,对于不起作用的机器设备,依据这些系统及机器设备的不同功能,假设一“单一故障”,不再假设其它的因素。
