漳平天台国家森林公园于2014年12月经国家林业局正式批准命名,总面积3987.4公顷,分天台山、大涵溪、紫云洞山及九鹏溪四大景区。森林公园内的植物资源丰富,野生动物资源种类繁多。景区内有始建于唐代的香山桥、宋代天台庵遗址、保存完好的南宋舍利塔、明代麟塔、“凤翔千仞”摩崖石刻、明崇祯年间进士王镜读书处等名胜古迹。
Zhangping Tiantai National Forest Park was officially approved and named by the State Forestry Administration in December 2014 with a total area of 3,987.4 hectares and is divided into four major scenic spots: Tiantai Mountain, Dahanxi, Ziyundong and Jiupengxi. Forest Park is rich in plant resources, a wide range of wildlife resources. Within the scenic area are the Xiangshan Bridge built in the Tang Dynasty, the ruins of the Tiantai Temple in the Song Dynasty, the well-preserved Southern Song Dynasty stupa, the Ming Dynasty Tower, “Fengxiang Qianlong,” Cliff Rock, Emperor Chongzhen years Jinshi Wang mirror readings and other places of interest.
